1. General Provisions

3. Account Verification & Security

3.1 Identity Verification

88ddb reserves the right to verify the identity of members at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document, as well as proof of address. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Security

It is solely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username, password) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the 88ddb support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amount for depositing funds into a 88ddb account is ৳200 per method. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS
• Upay — United Commercial Bank payment service

88ddb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your name. 88ddb reserves the right to void funds deposited with incorrect or false information.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. For bank transfers, the time may vary depending on the bank's internal processing.

Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made. Meeting the applicable wagering requirements for bonus funds is mandatory before withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rejection

88ddb may reject a deposit or withdrawal request under any of the following circumstances:

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

88ddb offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,200 bonus → total playing balance of ৳2,200.
• ৳18,000 deposited → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

Each bonus offer has its own specific terms. Please read the detailed terms of any offer carefully before claiming a bonus. The following applies to all bonuses:

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another member.
• Evidence of fraudulent bonus use may result in cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of funds.

10.2 Account Closure Request by a Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible withdrawable funds in the account will be returned before the request is processed, however bonuses with unmet conditions will be cancelled.

11. Limitation of Liability

88ddb is not responsible for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues with your device.
• Loss resulting from failure of third-party services (payment providers, game providers).
• Loss from unauthorized access due to leaving your account credentials unsecured.
